Samples were collected in the period March 11-15, 2002
A classical 6 liters Niskin bottle was used, all the precautions were taken to avoid the cross-contamination between the different sampling levels in the water columns In order to shorten the sampling time, two bottles were used so that at the same time one bottle was used to sample and the other washed by tridistilled water.
