At the beginning of March 2002, just before the first sampling campaign in Bagnoli, we collected some samples in the Ostia port in order to test the apparatus and the methodologies using an easily available (Ostia is a small town near Roma) matrix with composition similar to the one of interest.
At this aim, three samples 3 litres each was collected
