	Italian Association of Conservation Scientists An association of scientist with a degree in one of the natural, physical and/or applied scientific disciplines and with further knowledge in diagnostic/conservation technologies, which enables her/him to contribute to the study and conservation of cultural heritage within an interdisciplinary team. Already know as Associazione Italiana Esperti in Diagnostica Applicata ai Beni Culturali.
	La Sapienza University was founded by Pope Boniface VIII in 1303 as Studium Urbis. 	Societa' Chimica Italiana, the Italian Chemical Society is the main association of Italian chemist in any field from organic to theoretical from analytical to didactics. The members come from universities, research centers, chemical plants, and from the profession.

	Eigenvector Research, Inc. offers the "best presentation" prize. The company was founded by Barry M. Wise and Neal B. Gallagher on 1995, their most famous product is PLS_Toolbox and thank to this chemometrics package the company is know by chemometricians.  The prize consists in one full licence of this software package. SOLO+MIA (Stand-alone graphical chemometrics environment) is a stand-alone software which allows the user to perform PLS, PCA and many many other multivariate analyses in a point-and-click environment. It includes the main PLS_Toolbox graphical user interfaces, but MATLAB is not required! MIA (Multivariate Image Analysis) come from the popular MIA_Toolbox. Today is one of most famous and qualified publisher of books and periodicals for professionals in higher education. Brereton and other prizes.
	Umetrics, offers the second prize for young, the two books of L. Eriksson et al. on Multivariate and Megavariate Data Analysis, Part I and II. Also Umetrics offer the prize to be exctracted amog all Course participants, the book of L. Eriksson et al. on Design of Experiments. Umetri-AB was founded by a group from Dept. of Organic Chemistry at Umeå University, namely professors Svante Wold and Rolf Carlsson and their two graduate students Conny Wikström and Åsa Nilsson.
	ArsMensurae, offers their support for the Meeting for prizes and other expense.
